When contract is agreed upon, deliver earnest money
Schedule inspection
Ask Seller to address issues re: health & safety
Seller responds with Inspection Resolution, all parties sign
Appraisal ordered by lender
Verifies the value of the home is correct
Protects both buyer and lender
Lender may ask for additional documentation for final loan approval
Closing disclosure must be signed by buyers 3 days prior to closing
Just prior to closing, we will do a final walk through
Are all inspection items complete? Was there any damage since inspection?
Closing
Make sure to bring a valid driver's license
Payments must be in certified funds
